Recording never stops at a limit
Go over your plan's visitors and every visit is still recorded. If a site stays over, we'll suggest a bigger allowance ($99 a month per extra 10,000 visitors). We never raise your price without your OK.
Low traffic? Still a report
A site that hasn't reached 100 visitors by day 14 gets a structural review of the page, and its trial extends to 30 days. We email you the new date.
Month to month
No contract. Change plans or cancel any time in your account settings. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Any charge refunded within 14 days, no reason needed.

What counts as a visitor analyzed?
One visit to a page where your tag is installed, recorded and included in your analysis. Pages are the pages you choose to analyze. Allowances are per calendar month.
When exactly am I charged?
When your trial ends: after day 14, or after day 30 if your site had fewer than 100 visitors by day 14. Your first report arrives before then, and we email you at least 3 days ahead with the date and amount. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After that, your plan renews monthly until you cancel.
Which plan should I pick?
Most small business sites fit Starter. Stores and SaaS sites usually want Growth. You can change plans at any time, during the trial or after.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Remove the tag and collection stops. Data already collected is kept encrypted, scoped to your sites, and is never sold or shared. Details in our Trust Center.
Who handles billing?
Our reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record: Paddle processes payment and handles tax and invoices. See our Terms.
