FAQ
Common questions, answered plainly.
Is this different from tools like Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity?
Yes, and it works alongside them. Google Analytics tells you what happened. Microsoft Clarity shows you recordings. We measure attention on each part of the page, tell you what to fix, and prove the fix worked. Keep your other tools.
Is this just another website audit in a PDF?
No. Every finding must have a real measured number behind it, from your own visitors, plus a plan to prove the fix worked. You never get “we think the hero is weak.” You get “1 in 14 visitors noticed this headline,” like the example.
Will the script slow my site down or break anything?
No. It’s one small piece of code that loads in the background, and if anything goes wrong inside it, it shuts itself off. Details in the docs.
Do my visitors have to opt in? Is this privacy-safe?
Cortality sets no cookies. Form values are blanked on the visitor’s device before anything is sent. An optional random visitor ID stays off unless your site turns it on. Your privacy policy should disclose that you use Cortality, and whether you need visitor consent depends on your jurisdictions; Cortality works with consent tools. How much traffic do I need?
Your first report goes out once your site has 100 visitors. If it doesn’t reach that by day 30, the trial ends and you’re never charged. Cortality is built for sites too small to run A/B tests to significance.
